 An advanced psychometric tool that maps a leader’s personality and leadership style with exceptional accuracy, integrating deep psychological insight with practical organizational needs. The Lumina model provides a multi-dimensional view of personality, highlighting one’s natural tendencies, day-to-day behavior, and reactions under pressure. Using Lumina Spark in leadership development processes allows for tailored, personal growth: identifying leadership strengths, spotting development areas, and deepening self-awareness - the foundation of effective leadership. In group settings, the tool encourages open dialogue, strengthens team collaboration, and builds a shared language across management teams.

The 12 Weeks Callenge

A web-based app we developed as an additional layer to our Leadership Development programs. It allows participants to apply what they learn in real life - beyond the training classroom. At pre-defined intervals, the app sends short “practice prompts” via WhatsApp, inviting participants to complete micro-learning tasks or apply specific tools with their employees and peers. This hands-on extension bridges learning and implementation, turning insights from the workshop into lived managerial habits.
