Collaboration

Friday night at the ER

An engaging learning experience for teams that offers a powerful and enjoyable way to explore what it really takes to break down organizational silos and foster cross-functional collaboration. Through an immersive simulation, participants experience firsthand how local decisions impact the wider system - and how true success depends on communication, trust, and shared responsibility across teams. It’s an experiential, thought-provoking tool that helps build a culture of collaboration, systemic thinking, and collective accountability.

Trust by Design

A hands-on workshop dedicated to one of the most critical yet elusive aspects of teamwork - trust. Using The Speed of Trust model and a practical deck of cards that breaks trust into 13 tangible, everyday behaviors, participants identify which behaviors are missing in their working relationships and how to strengthen them. Through short exercises, group dialogue, and shared reflection, they develop a clearer understanding of what builds and erodes trust, and leave with concrete steps to rebuild it in real time.

The Collaboration Lab

A facilitated session designed to bring together different organizational groups for an open, productive conversation about how they work together. The workshop provides a space to address tensions, clarify boundaries and expectations, and build new agreements that improve collaboration. Using participatory methods and dialogue-based tools, participants practice active listening, mutual understanding, and joint problem-solving. What makes this process unique is its ability to bridge the soft and the structured, connecting interpersonal trust and communication with practical, agreed-upon actions that can be implemented immediately.

The Collaboration Lab

The need for collaboration and connection between teams is universally recognized, yet in practice it’s rarely simple. Differences in priorities, conflicting goals, personal dynamics, communication gaps, and even organizational history often create invisible walls that make genuine collaboration difficult. Our partnership-building processes help teams and managers identify these barriers, understand the dynamics between units, and turn collaboration from an abstract idea into everyday behaviors rooted in trust, active listening, and shared accountability. Through experiential, hands-on tools and focused dialogue workshops, we help people transform collaboration from a statement into a living culture of teamwork, resulting in mature, transparent, and effective relationships where everyone operates with a true sense of shared purpose and collective responsibility.
