Senior Organizational Consultant. Hadar specializes in executive development and consulting processes, and has been guiding organizational change for nearly fifteen years. She brings with her a proven ability to ‘crack’ wide-scale organizational processes and adapt them to the needs of each organization, creating clarity in complex situations. Over the years, Hadar has built a reputation as a sought-after facilitator of executive development groups

Organizational Psychologist. Anat leads transformational change processes in organizations and has been working with managers, teams, and communities for fifteen years. She is an expert in consulting from a systemic perspective—often on the edge of chaos—and helps organizations think outside the box to develop new organizational mindsets. Anat is a graduate of Galei Tzahal (IDF radio) and previously worked as an editor at Channel 2 News

Organizational Consultant and Group Facilitator. Eti accompanies managers and teams throughout the organization, helping them develop and realize their personal, managerial, and business potential. Starting her career as a call center manager at Globes and later serving as VP of clients at a startup, Eti knows the management experience from the ground up and incorporates practical tools and principles into her work

He specializes in improving service and sales infrastructures. Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting from Tel Aviv University
