Experiential experience in simulation for change management

In a dynamic and changing world, change management skills are critical to the success of managers in their role, especially in recent times when the corona is still in the background and things are dimmer than ever.  


Our game of change helps managers better understand the mechanisms  The emotions behind organizational change processes and enables them to better define their role as leaders of change and transformation. Over the past few weeks, we have worked quite a bit to adapt the game to the challenges of the Corona.  Our team underwent dedicated training at the Danish company that developed the simulation to specialize in remote game guidance  And accordingly we developed  An abbreviated version of it,  Suitable for online transfer.

Who is the meeting for? The meeting is intended for MASA and organizational development managers and aims for direct experience in the game of change.  The experiment lasts about an hour and a half and towards it  A short background material will be sent for reading and viewing.
